Mr. R. Stuart "Tookie" Angus was an independent business advisor to the mining industry. He was formerly Head of the Global Mining Group for Fasken Martineau. For the past 30 years, Mr. Angus had focused on structuring and financing significant international exploration, development and mining ventures. More recently, he was Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial. Mr. Angus was the former Chairman of the Board of BC Sugar Refinery Limited, he was a Director of First Quantum Minerals until June 2005, a Director of Canico Resources Corporation until its takeover by CVRD in 2005, a Director of Bema Gold until its takeover by Kinross Gold in 2007, a Director of Ventana Gold until it's takeover by AUX Canada Acquisition in 2011 and a Director of Plutonic Power until its merger with Magma Energy in 2011. Most recently, he was the Chairman of Nevsun Resources Ltd.

In Memoriam

Dynasty Gold notes with sorrow the passing of Mr. R. Stuart (Tookie) Angus, a member of the Company's advisory board. He was an accomplished business man and a visionary of the mining industry; a man with a generous soul. Tookie was an important contributor to Dynasty Gold for over 27 years.  He joined the board in 1995, became the Chairman of the board in 2005 and transitioned to an advisory role in 2015.  

He was an insightful mentor, a friend and a long time supporter of Dynasty Gold.  We wish to express our deepest condolences to his family and are grateful that he made Dynasty Gold a part of his life. He shall be greatly missed, his legacy will live on.

Ivy Chong is the Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Gold Corp. since 2008.  Ms. Chong has held senior executive positions in mining and oil and gas industry since 1996. She was credited for closing several option and joint venture agreements with Teck, AngloGold Ashanti, Azimut, Avocet Mining and many others. Ms. Chong has assisted multiple companies with their IPOs and raised capital for resource companies in Asia, Europe and North America.  Prior to entering the resource industry, Ms. Chong worked for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Deloitte and Touche, LLP.

Mr. Kornze brings to Dynasty his expertise from over 30 years of international gold exploration and he sits on the board of a number of public exploration companies. Mr. Kornze was credited with the discovery of Barrick's 40 million ounce of gold deposit at the Betze Mine, on the Carlin Trend in Nevada, in the late 80's. He was part of Barrick's team responsible for the discovery of the Miekle, Deepstar, Screamer and Rodeo deposits in Nevada. Mr. Kornze has held positions with Newmont and Getty Mining Co. in North America prior to joining Barrick Gold.

Mr. Redfern is a Certified Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and a consultant with 35 years of exploration and mining industry experience worldwide. He held positions as senior Exploration Geologist with Barrick Gold in Mexico, VP Exploration for Goldstake Explorations in South Dakota and Australia and has worked for Homestake Mining in the western U.S.. Mr. Redfern has extensive exploration experience in gold and porphyry-type prospects in the southwestern U.S., Mexico and British Columbia. He was instrumental in the recent discovery of the Moly Dome molybdenum-rhenium-gold-silver porphyry deposit in northern Nevada.

Dr. Shklanka is an explorationist with over 45 years of international experience in the mining industry. The executive positions he held include being Chairman of Canico Resources Corp. which was acquired by CVRD (Vale) in 2005, Chairman of Sutton Resources Ltd. acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation and Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome. He was responsible for the acquisition and exploration of numerous major mines, among them the Australian Granny Smith gold mine, Osbourne copper mine and the Kidston gold mine. He has received a number of achievement awards and was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2009.

Mr. Gallagher has worked in the mining industry for over 35 years and, held senior and executive positions in major mining companies. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. Mr. Gallagher oversaw the development of a number of world-class gold-copper mines, including New Gold's Rainy River Mine in Ontario, Canada, where his skills in negotiating and reaching agreements with First Nations were invaluable and highly regarded. He is a director of BC Hydro, Yamana Gold Inc. and Capstone Mining Corp., among others.
