Vancouver, Canada: Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX-V: DYG) (FWB: D5G) (OTC: DGDCF) ("Dynasty" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has renewed the Golden Repeat drill permit by depositing additional bonds with the Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") in Elko County, Nevada, U.S.A.
The Company's 100-per-cent-owned Golden Repeat claims are located in the Elko County, in the most prolific Midas region of Nevada. The Property is located 15 kilometers west-southwest of Klondex's Midas Mine and 15 kilometres west-northwest of Klondex's Hollister Mine. The Golden Repeat claims host many geological similarities with the well-known Midas epithermal gold-silver mining district. Surface work carried out in the fall of 2016 has confirmed that the NNW-trending Clover Fault zone does extend northward from the Clover property (owned by Waterton, LLP) boundary, through the Golden Repeat property. The same surface program also identified drill targets that delineate the Clover Fault zone and tested the high-grade Midas-style gold-silver mineralization that was found disseminated in the Clover Rhyolite on the Clover property.
The Company is to grant 1,075,000 five-year incentive stock options to officers and directors. The options are granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan. They are exercisable at a price of $0.20, and will vest over a period of 18 months.
The Company's Director, Richard R. Redfern, M.Sc. and Certified Professional Geologist, a 'qualified person' for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Properties, has verified the information contained in this news release.
