Vancouver, Canada: Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX-V: DYG) (FWB: D5G) (OTC: DGDCF) ("Dynasty" or the "Company") reports that it will rely on the blanket relief announced by the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) on March 23, 2020 for filings that are due on or before June 1, 2020. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the blanket relief, under BC Instrument 51-515, Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements, provides 45-day extension for filings of the Company’s audited annual financial reports for the year ended December 31, 2019 and interim financial reports for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
The Company will file these financial reports within the filing periods extended under the blanket relief on or before June 15, 2020 for the audited annual financial reports, and on or before July 15, 2020 for the interim financial reports. In the interim, the management and insiders of the Company will comply with the principles in section 9 of National Policy 11-207. The Company confirms that since the filings of its interim financial reports for the nine month ended September 30, 2019, there have been no material business developments.
